Lazy Day

Last night I had a nice escape to dinner and a movie with a friend. Saw "Despicable Me". Such a cute movie! I still plan to buy it. (Steve Carell and Julie Andrews. DUH!!) I didn't get home until after midnight. I mentioned that I'd be home after midnight before I left, but apparently I wasn't heard. At 10:50 I have a missed call from dh. (I figured not worth calling since everyone was probably in bed by the timeI saw the missed call.) then at 11:50 I get a call from dh. "It's late, just wondering when you're heading home." Nice to know I was missed. ;-)

Got a lazy start to my day today. Slept in until I heard (over my not so quiet fan) the radio across the street playing too loudly. I think it's their alarm that they were sleeping through. Got my newspaper off the driveway (yay! finally a week of dry papers where they're supposed to be!), cut coupons, and dh made me breakfast and tea. Ahhhhh.:-) And dh fixed my webcam! Woohoo! Very good because I've missed a few opportunities to use it while it was down.

Oh. And I put pink on dd's hair Friday night. And it's still pink! YAY!!!
