...the exercise routine is a definite NO NO! The last 2 days have been SUCH a struggle. Fibro pain, lack of motivation, on the verge of migraine. UGH!!! And if that wasn't enough, I think there's a build up of something in my body because there's a nasty taste in my mouth. :-X Hoping to get back into my routine soon and that everything gets better.
Still not losing weight, but the inches are staying away. (somewhat of a miracle I think.) Maybe I should consider dieting after all? *sigh*
