What a Sad Day

Driving downtown this morning, dd and I noticed our favorite coffee shop's windows were papered over. Dd thought it was probably an April Fool's joke. I thought she was probably right, and planned to go back there and give them heck when we finished at the library. There's a coffee stand in the lobby of the library that sells our fav coffee, so I asked the owner there if he knew about the papered windows at the main store. I was waiting to hear that it was indeed a joke. It was NOT. :'-( As of Sunday, they closed their doors. Something about a lease disagreement. So now they're looking for another store front. I'm so VERY glad that I can still go get my fav coffee from the library stand!!!
