The Life of a Strawberry

Lovely strawberries fresh from the market.


They get a wash and leaf removal


Then a careful stem removal (waste not, want not)


a good mashing


boil with sugar


yum


So not much of a life for the strawberries, but it sure makes mine better! :-)
