(Well, actually I am. That's what the meds are for. ;-)) But seriously, I walked twice today for a grand total of 7.75 miles!!! :-O My feet are really really sore, but the calories burned are totally worth it. And since there's some precip in the forecast for Thurs, I'll be walking again tomorrow. Maybe not 7.75mi, but definitely a few.
Thursday, I think I'll be needing a visit to the hot tub. ;-)
What I wonder is, where did all this ambition and motivation come from?! I even deviated from my usual orange chicken bowl (seriously, check out the calorie count on this!!!) at Applebee's for an "under 550 calorie" meal. (Which was very good, btw.) I wonder if this ambition will carry over into other areas of my life? School is a mess and needs some organization, the basement is totally trashed, and I'm sure I could find several other things to take care of in the house. I need to make conversation time with my DH a priority again too. This am was a start since he missed the "earlier" train. We got an extra 10min of talk time out of that.
hmmm..... Methinks I see changes on the horizon. :-)
